  • Zanzibar Spice Tour

    Its a half day tour that starts with a drive through a profusion of greenery in the countryside, you will be walking on different type of spice plantations some examples are cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, turmeric, vanilla, nutmeg etc.

    The tour involves much more than spices and you will also have a chance to see the iodine plant, heena bush, ylang-ylang, the lipstick tree, cocoa , cassava, dasheen cocoyam and coffee plantations. The tour also gives you the opportunity to explore the zanzibar richness of mouth-watering tropical seasonal fruits like jack fruit, pineapples, bananas, green coconut (madafu), dourian, love apple (matufaa), rambutun (shoki-shoki), soursop (mabungo) and starfruit (carambola).

    This tour can also be combined with a visit of Mangapwani Beach and Slave caves and chambers

  • Zanzibar Stone Town Tour

    The Old Stone Town is a World Heritage declared by UNESCO in more than a decade now. In order to protect the Town the government has established Stone Town Conservation and Development Authority (STCDA).

    The authority employs work force which carry conservation and restoration of the buildings, parks, pavements, open spaces and so on. It also organizes awareness campaigns for the residents of the Town to undertake cleaning. The money paid as salaries and other expenses indirectly comes from hotels, restaurants, sourveniour shops, tour operations in the form of operational licenses, taxes and Levis.

    The tour starts on the main City market, which was opened in 1904, you will then get a comprehensive view of the Stone Town architecture, its sand and stone ancient built houses, some of them have Arab/Indian with carved doors with brass studs, carved balconies you will also get the chance to see the old post office and Freddy Mercury house.

    Our next stop will be at the Anglican Cathedral of Christ, which was built by bishop steers in 1873 on the site of the Old Slave Market. From here we continue our tour to Sultan’s Palace Museum, House of wonders (Beit-el-ajaib) built in 1883 and bombarded by British fleet in 1886, next to this you can also see the Old Arab Fort (built in 1700).

  • Jozani Forest Tour

    Jozani Forest lies 35kms South-East of Zanzibar Town, It takes about 45 minutes driving from city centre, It’s a wet and foresty with an area of about 1,000 hectares.

    The jozani forest is a terrestrial and inter-tidal protected area dedicated to conservation of the biodiversity. Jozani gets funds directly from entry fees, levy on filming, research work, grants and other sources.

    The income so collected each year is shared among different beneficiaries including conservation, farmland owners and central government. It is therefore true to say in a typical sharing conservation may get as much as 33 per cent. At the same time 20 per cent of the revenue collected from the Mangrove Board goes to the Conservation Association (JECA) which is dedicated to the conservation park.

    At present it is the habitat for the Red Colobus Monkeys (Colobus badius kirkii) and the Blue Sykes Monkey. The Red Colobus monkey is one of the most endangered and rarest species in the world and only found in Zanzibar.

    They are very friendly creatures and love to be photographed and can be viewed at close quarters by the help of your guide. The forest is a delight, with a swamp in the middle, and small streams flowing into the ocean.

    You may also get a glimpse of various butterflies, birds and snakes. Other interesting features suitable for tourist in the forest include the coastal evergreen bush land, mangrove forest, saline grassland and ground water forest.

  • Safari Blue Trip

    Safari Blue is a full day trip and includes use of top quality snorkeling equipment with guides and instructors, We leave from Stonetown by 08:30am drive you to Fumba Village south west of Zanzibar about 26km the trip takes 30min.

    On arrival to Fumba clients are given a brief on safari blue and a life jackets demo, we then board the dhow and set off to explore the Menai Bay and spot the dolphins, we are lucky enough to see dolphins on at least 90% of our trips.

    Later in the morning we drop anchor by a sand bank where we set up sunshades and fit our clients with snorkeling equipments. Our guides will safely lead the snorkeling session and show points of interests, accompany our clients.

    After snorkeling we move to Desert Island restaurant located beneath the shade of large tamarind tree on kwale Island. Lunch is a traditional Zanzibari buffet and includes a delicious Zanzibari seafood lunch with grilled fish and slipper lobster, calamari, chicken, rice, tamarind and coconut source, gastronomic fruit tasting, coffee and Amarula liqueur. all served hot from ice cold sodas, mineral water and beer.

    We return to Fumba by sail as the sun begin to set, arriving back in fumba at around 17:30h

  • Prison Island Tour

    Prison Island situated on the west of Zanzibar, it’s the second from left among four visible Islands from stone town, It takes about 20 minutes ride by motorboat..

    It was firstly used by an Arab slave merchant to detain recalcitrant slaves. In the 1890s a General Matthews bought the island and built what be intended as the prison for Zanzibar.

    The Island is a home for beautiful birds like peacocks and the enormous giant tortoises some of which are over a 100 years old age. Sultan Said brought these tortoises from Seychelles in the 1820’s.

    The island is also an ideal place for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing on a white sandy beach.

  • Dolphin Tour

    Dolphin Tour is half-day tour that takes place on southern part of Menay Bay conservation area, the bay is a home for bottle-nosed and Humpback dolphins By using a motor boat we depart from Kizimkazi fishing village south of Zanzibar Island for a boat drive to dolphin site, when we spot them you will be able to swim with them on a very close distance, Menay bay is also holding a very beautiful coral reef for snorkeling.

  • Dhow and Sunset Cruise

    Normally starts at 16:30h from stone town beach. We prepare one of our dhows to take you under sail, across the bay and along the beautiful coast of stone town This is a wonderfully romantic way to raise a glass to the end of another glorious day in the tropics.

    As the sun is setting, you will be served with traditionally spiced Zanzibari snacks, washed down with good wine, gently illuminated by moon and candlelight.

    The island is also an ideal place for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing on a white sandy beach.
